RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within zero (0) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

     ●     Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, at your choice.
     ●     Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
     ●     If Yoga Vishnu cancels a class (e.g. due to instructor illness or insufficient attendance), you will always be offered a full refund or a free rebooking, regardless of timing.
     ●     A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a workshop or retreat.

     ●     If you cancel your workshop or retreat place for medical reasons and provide a valid medical certificate (läkarintyg), the remaining 50% of the workshop or retreat fee is refundable.
     ●     If you cancel your workshop or retreat place for other personal reasons, a refund of the remaining 50% of the workshop or retreat fee will be considered only if your place can be filled by another participant. If your workshop or retreat place is filled, you will be refunded; if it is not filled, the remaining 50% is retained.
     ●     If Yoga Vishnu cancels or is unable to hold the workshop or retreat as planned, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid for that workshop or retreat, including the booking fee.
